Paper plate, Cotton balls, Glue, Mini pompoms, Construction paper

Take the paper plate and glue the cotton balls on the plate. Then take the mini pompoms and make a face for (him or her). Use the construction paper and make ears glue them on (him or her). Now bend the ears on it.
