Clothespins, Glue, Wiggly eyes, Small pompoms, Ribbon

Instructions:

Use three clothespin pieces: two pointing down (4 legs); the third pointing up (ears). Add "eyes", a small red pompom nose, a ribbon on the neck, and a pompom tail.
