Materials:

Strong paper plate, String, Beads, Crayons or paint, Paper punch

Instructions:

1. Cut out the center of the plate to make a ring shape then decorate - either paint or color.

2. Use your paper punch to make 13 holes around the outside.

3. Have the kids weave the string through the holes while putting on beads. You may want to use large beads with the younger kids and wrap tape around the end of the string to help them guide it through the beads. Continue until you've weaved all the holes. Leave two strings hanging off the side and put beads on them also, for decoration. Hang on the wall or in a window.
