Father’s Day Medal

Category: Fathers Day Crafts

Materials:

Paper, Ribbon, Frozen juice lid or jar lid, Foil, Markers, Scissors, Glue

Instructions:

  1. Have your kids make their Dads a "Best Dad" award this Father's Day! Start by cutting a circle out of the paper. Make the circle a little smaller than the lid. Cover the lid with foil. With markers, write this poem on the paper circle, or have the child make one of their own: Best Dad My Dad is The Best, you see, Because he takes good care of me.

My Dad's the best in every way, I love you, Dad. Happy Father's Day!

  2. Glue the poem onto the foil covered lid. Take a length of ribbon and glue to the back so you can hang this around Dad's neck. You may want to hot glue the ribbon on, if so, be sure to have an adult use the hot glue gun. Finish this off by adding the date, the child's name, and a little glitter!!!
