Materials:

4 c sand, 2 c cornstarch, 1 tbs + 1 tsp cream of tartar, 3 c hot water

Instructions:

1. Mix sand, cornstarch, and cream of tartar in a saucepan.

2. Stir in hot water and cook over medium heat until water is absorbed and mixture is too stiff to stir.

3. Cool until it can be handled.

4. You can use flat molds that are coated with Vaseline or just use your hands. Store in air-tight container when not using.
