Materials:

Box lid or box 3/4 to 1in. deep, Shells, Seeds, Beans, Popping corn or dry pasta, Scissors, Tape, Plastic wrap, Glue, Brushes, Markers, Colored paper

Instructions:

Ahead of time: Glue colored paper to the bottom of the boxes for background.

With Child: Have the child glue the material chosen (i.e. shells) into flowers or butterflies, or whatever design they choose. Have them complete the design using makers to add details. Stretch the plastic wrap over lid to form a glass look, and tape it in place.
